Rashmita

Rashmita, is an elegant bracelet made with chakra coloured gemstones and white pearlized beads. Rashmita means having light or beaming in Hindi, and refers to beams of sunlight that emit the colours of the rainbow or chakras during Surya Jal. Surya Jal is a Hindu prayer which involves an offering of water (jal) to the Sun God (Surya) at sunrise every morning. During this prayer water is poured out of a copper vessel while facing the sun, the purpose of this is to allow the sun’s rays to reflect through the stream of water falling from the copper vessel, creating a rainbow that bounces off the water onto you, corresponding with your 7 chakras, energising and balancing them in the process. This dainty bracelet is made with with Amethyst, blue Jade, Turquoise, Emerald, Citrine, Carnelian, and Ruby gemstones, representing the seven chakras. Each bead in this bracelet is wire wrapped by hand with anti-tarnish gold bead wire and finished off with a gold filled lobster clasp and extension chain.
