What is the size of the jewellery?

Ordering.
You can use our websites search tab to find any item you are looking for. Simply type in the name of the product and click enter. You can even search based on colour, jewellery type or use key words.
Barha Jewellery does not sell wholesale.
Barha Jewellery does not have a download or print catalogue. You can view our range of pieces and prices on our website.
No, Barha Jewellery operates as an online store. However, we do intend on selling at local craft markets in the near future so keep an eye on our social media pages to find out where and when.
No, we do not accept orders over the phone or via email. If you would like to order from Barha Jewellery you will have to create an account in our online store.
You can make a purchase on the website as a guest (without creating an account) or you can create and account and fill in your relevant details. As you place items into your shopping basket, you will notice a number will appear above the basket icon indicating how many items you have in it. To complete your order you can click on the shopping basket icon and a preview of you basket will appear on the right of the screen. You can either view your basket (where you can adjust the quantity of each item, remove an item from your basket, add a coupon code, or calculate shipping) or proceed to checkout. At the checkout, you will be required to fill in your details (if you have not created an account and saved your information), and choose your method of payment (credit card or instant EFT transfer).
Yes, you can log out of your account with items in your cart, and they will still be there the next time you log into your account, even if you log in from a different device. Please note that placing an item in your cart does not mean you have reserved that item for yourself. This therefore means that if stock of an item in your cart is low and another customer has purchased the last piece of that item, before you’ve had a chance to make your payment, it will reflect as sold out in your cart.
If you like an item but you are not completely sure you are ready to purchase it, you can place it in your wishlist and keep an eye on it until you are ready to add it to your cart. Alternatively, you can also place items from your cart into your wishlist.
Shipping.
We ship our orders throughout South Africa via courier service.
Shipping to all national main cities in South Africa costs R80.00
Shipping to all national rural areas in South Africa costs R120.00
Shipping is free for all orders over R650.00
Yes we do! To qualify for free shipping your order must be over R650.00. This applies to both national main cities and national rural areas within South Africa.
Once you have placed your order and we have received payment, it will take us 24 hours to process your order and dispatch it to our couriers.
Once you have placed your order and we have received your payment we will process your order within 24 hours and dispatch it to our couriers. Once the courier has received the parcel, the barcode on the parcel will be scanned, this will allow the courier company to send you an email with a link to track your order. Your order will be shipped on road via van.
All orders to national main cities and national rural areas throughout South Africa will take between 2 to 7 working days. Please note this excludes Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
We ship Nationwide, within South Africa. If you are not sure if your location falls within the National main cities or National rural areas pricing, you can go to your cart and enter your address in the shipping calculator to view your shipping options. Please make sure that you type in the correct postal code.
Payments.
We accept Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Instant EFT Payments.
Yes, it is. We use Peach Payments as our payment gateway who have PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 compliance which means that you never have to worry about dodgy transactions. When you make your payment, you will notice that unlike other payment gateways you are not redirected out of our website to process your payment, this is to ensure secure and safe card payments.
This could be due to several reasons, such as exceeding your daily spending limit, or your bank has blocked your card (due to entering the wrong PIN at an ATM a few times). In these instances, we recommend you contact your bank first in order to rectify the issue.
If your bank cannot detect a problem it may be due to you entering the wrong credit card information at checkout, such as the wrong you card number or ccv number, please ensure that these details are correct before making your payment. My Account.
Once you are on the Barha home page click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner, then click “Register”, this will prompt you to fill in your personal details like your name, address, password etc. You can use the “My Account” icon to sign into your account.
If you can’t remember your password, then simply scroll down to “Forgot Password” beneath the sign in prompt. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.
To view your purchase history go to the “My Account” icon and scroll down to “Purchase History”. From this menu you can also edit your account information like your shipping address, view previous orders, check your payment status and track your order.
You can edit and adjust your account information by clicking on “My Account” and scrolling through and selecting the relevant tabs.
